Lessons from 2021…Stretch Regularly and Thank us later!

The power of stretching is underrated. Stretching is one of the easiest forms of exercises but surprisingly one that we skip constantly. We are so focused on having toned bodies, reducing weight and releasing stress. We lift weights, we go for a walk/jog, and even do Zumba, but we leave stretching for whenever we have time or feel like it. We learned the hard way, it should all be done the other way around.


Last year we started the year with back problems. We said why don't we try a chiropractor. We have many chiropractor friends and decided to give the practice a try. We went for the first adjustment and it felt great and we learned what the practice was all about. We continue with an adjustment plan of once a month. In between sessions I approached the chiropractor’s office about some quick relief techniques that we could follow in between sessions and provided a short 4 minute stretching video. WOW!!!!! At the beginning it was just stretching, but once it became a habit it did wonders. Pain and aches were just miraculously gone and that was just the beginning. Our flexibility increased and our overall health was much better.
